Cancellations More Than 6 Months Before Your Vacation Start Date:
A 10% fee (based on your final package price as stated in your agreement) will be retained. All other payments made up to that point will be refunded via wire transfer, minus any bank fees.

Cancellations Between 6 Months and 14 Days Before Your Vacation Start Date:
A 50% fee (based on your final package price) will be retained. All other payments made up to that point will be refunded via wire transfer, minus any bank fees.

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Your Vacation Start Date:
A 100% fee (based on your final package price) will be retained.

Rescheduling policy: 
However, if more than 6 months out from your original vacation start date, we offer the alternative to reschedule your booking once only, for a future date in the following year for $100.00 USD/$130.00 CAD admin fee. This will enable you to keep your all inclusive price locked in and illuminate losing any costs already paid.
