What can you expect from Laura’s Cottage Kitchen? Anything that you so desire. This personal restaurant revolves around you, your dietary requirements, your preferences and cravings.
Laura prides herself on her cuisine, so the food at Well Cottage is always freshly prepared, full of flavour and quite simply, exquisite – from the presentation to the taste. If not grown in our own Well Cottage vegetable patch, all fresh produce is sourced from local organic farmers who care about our planet and ecosystem to ensure only the best, most loved ingredients are used.

These are, of course, example menus – in reality Laura bases all food around our guests’ requests, if you have any. Although, everything she creates is always a divine delight, made with pure love and care. And everything is pre-planned especially for you.
Dining Experiences at Well Cottage
While it’s always your choice where you would like to eat at Well Cottage, we have designed and used the layout of the cottage rooms to provide you with more than one dining experience, all within the comfort of your home away from home.
We have the formal dining area with a warm and inviting yet very comfortable feel, perfect for special occasions or colder evenings when the sun sets early. After dinner, retiring to the adjoining snug for an aperitif by the roaring open fire is the perfect ending to a sublime evening meal.
Our light and airy garden room with vaulted ceilings, double aspect patio doors and calming décor open up to bring the glory of the outdoors inside, perfect on a sunny day or evening when the sun goes down after dinner.
On a warm sunny day or evening, the garden is the perfect area to dine al fresco. With the sun on your back, the fragrance of the fresh British air and the wonders of nature surrounding you, this makes for a very special dinner. The impossibly far-reaching views with the birds singing the soundtrack of your dining experience, create an ambience that is unlike any other.
