Following securing your perfect dates our Itinerary Discovery Process begins!
In order to ensure we cover all aspects of this service it is imperative that we garner as much detail as we can from you and your group as to how you would like to spend your days and so we encourage you to let us know all the things you love through our digital Discovery form! You will receive this within days of booking your vacation with us and depending on how far in advance of your vacation you will have time to complete this as a group or individually at your leisure.
Of course there are infinite possibilities but delving into what your interests are, and what the focus for your trip feels like for you will help us to make this fully tailored to your desires. Should it be an action packed busy itinerary, or a more relaxing affair we have you covered, and of course we offer full flexibility to suit your mood on any given day should you wish to change any aspect during your stay.

As with any day in our nation of all seasons, we are always mindful of weather dependent activities and being fully flexible where we can support you is paramount to us to ensure you are not required to concern yourself about any detail whilst on your trip. We will have it covered so you don’t have to!
The itinerary design process will continue until you have received a draft of your itinerary that your entire group is happy with and looking forward to. Nothing will be decided without your feedback because even though we are taking care of the design, it is your vacation and needs to be perfect for you.
As with all of our packages one month prior to your stay we will send out your Welcome Email and Digital Preference Form! This is when you can let us know about any dietary requirements, likes and dislikes and/or personal needs and special requests you may have. It also offers the chance to finalise any changes you wish to make to your itinerary (Flagship Only). From this point you will be able to consider your Dining Out Experience and choose your Spa Treatments, which are included in all of our packages.
There are no hidden costs with an English Cottage Vacation, however for your dining experience and spa treatments we offer you a select choice. Should you wish to book something alternative, perhaps, more than a single therapy or a Michelin Star restaurant reservation, extra charges may be incurred. However, to determine this we look at each vacation individually such as what the rest of your itinerary includes. We can guarantee there will be no surprises however and all manner of bookings confirmed before finalised.
