The Itinerary Discovery Process
“How do we create a vacation we know you will love?”
Once your perfect dates are confirmed, your Itinerary Discovery Process begins.
Within days of booking, you’ll receive your digital Discovery Form. This is where we get to know you—your interests, travel style, and what you’d love to experience. You can complete it as a group or individually, at your convenience.
From there, we begin designing your personalized itinerary.
Whether you want full days of exploring or peaceful moments to unwind, we’ll shape it to fit your ideal pace. And if you change your mind during your stay, no problem—flexibility is built in.

Remember, this is a process to be enjoyed and refined—we’ll work with you until you and your group are completely happy and excited for your itinerary.
Even once your plans are set, we leave room for variable to be taken into account. We build in flexibility for last-minute adjustments, making the most of the conditions each day. Some pre-booked excursions—like special events or VIP experiences—cannot be changed, as you would expect, but many others can be moved around to suit your schedule and the weather.
When it comes to dining out, we have a wide selection of local favorites to discuss with you during your stay. We’ll help incorporate them seamlessly into your itinerary so every meal is a delight.
One Month Before You Arrive
About four weeks before your arrival, you’ll receive your Welcome Email filled with helpful details about your stay, along with your Online Preference Form.
This is your opportunity to share:
• Dietary requirements and dislikes
• Food and drink preferences
• Special occasions to celebrate
• Spa treatment choices
• Any medical conditions we should be aware of
• Any additional information you’d like us to know
This is also the time to review your final itinerary and confirm any updates or final requests.
All forms are sent via Google Forms. Each form must be completed in full before submission, as partial saves aren’t possible.

There are no hidden costs with an English Cottage Vacation. All of this is included within your total vacation price – agreed prior to the Discovery and Itinerary Planning Process.
