Once you have selected your dates our booking process is simple…
- We will send you an online booking form to confirm your dates and pricing to complete and submit.
- A summary or your booking, payment options pickup/drop-off details and your agreement (which needs to be checked, signed and returned) will be sent to you via email.
- And finally, securing your dates with a deposit….
- If booking over 6 months out and up to 18 months out, we only require a 25% deposit, Another 25% is due 6 months in advance of your vacation, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to your arrival
- If booking for the year after next we only require $1000 USD/$1300 CAD deposit and your second payment, 6 months out, will be 50% less the deposit, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to your arrival
- If booking within 6 months of scheduled dates, deposit is 50%, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to your arrival
- We also offer the opportunity to receive 5% off if you would like to pay the full balance upon booking. Nothing further to pay
Deposits can be paid by wire transfer at your local bank or an online credit card payment (subject to 4% CC fee)
And that’s it, your English Cottage Vacation is secure!
- If you have booked one of our 7 Night Set Itineraries, we will send you a short discovery form to collect some further information which will ensure we have everything we need to create the most memorable stay!
- If you have booked our Tailor Made itinerary, we will send your Itinerary Discovery Form, designed to find out as much about you and your group as possible, including your interests and dreams of England. Read more about our discovery process HERE. From this information, we will start the process of designing your itinerary and booking your reservations. We are extremely flexible and understand that this process can go through many changes along the way. Our commitment to you is to be patient, communicative and listen, offering advice where necessary.
You can then sit back and relax while we make sure that all of the necessary arrangements for your stay have been made prior to your arrival!
No matter which of our packages you have booked, around 4 weeks prior to your stay with us you will receive your welcome email, packed full of helpful information about your vacation and your online preference form.
The preference form is your opportunity to tell us about any dietary requirements you have, food and drinks requests, if you have any special occasions to celebrate during your stay, which spa treatments you would like, any medical conditions we should be aware of and any other information you would like to provide us with.
All online forms will be sent via Google Forms, which require you to complete all questions as you proceed and prior to submission you will be unable to save your answers. Should you rather prefer to see the questions first you may request them from us and we will send them to you via email.
