Our all inclusive packages range from $4,200 USD to $6,600 USD per person based on a 7 night stay, for a group of 6 people – as an example.
However, prices vary according to the type of package, length of your stay and how many guests are in your group. Please provide us with this information and we can respond with the pricing that suits your specific requirements. All prices we quote are TOTAL, for everything and everyone. No hidden costs. How you decide to split the cost between your group is left to your discretion and we require no tipping as our extremely high standard of service is a given.

How to book
Nathan and Laura will be with you, in person, every step of the way, answering all of your questions until you are happy. When you are keen to secure your dates you’ll receive a quick and easy online booking form to complete. You’ll have time to read through and sign your booking agreement and finally we’ll require a deposit which is usually 25% of your total vacation price.
Then its time to sit back and relax while we take care of all of the itinerary planning, booking and logistics for you!

How To Get To Us
A flight to London Heathrow is our closest main international airport which results in a pleasant 2 hour transfer. *
London Gatwick is just a little further away from Well Cottage and we should still be pulling into the driveway in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Whichever airport works out for you, we will be at arrivals to greet you, help with your luggage and show you to our luxury vehicle where a glass of champagne and other refreshments will be waiting for you.
If you decide to fly into the United Kingdom earlier than your English Cottage Vacation stay, to enjoy time in London, we will come and collect you from your London hotel for your arrival date, just as we would have done from the airport.
(*Please note that our Shared Cottage Experiences require pickup from London Heathrow Airport ONLY on the morning of the day your vacation with us begins.)

Now you’ve booked - what’s next?
As soon as you have secured your dates, signed your agreement and we have received your deposit the next steps depend on which of our packages you have booked.
- If you have booked one of our 7 Night Set Itineraries, we will send you a short discovery form to collect some further information which will ensure we have everything we need to create the most memorable stay!
- If you have booked our Tailor Made itinerary, we will send your Itinerary Discovery Form, designed to find out as much about you and your group as possible, including your interests and dreams of England. Read more about our discovery process HERE. From this information, we will start the process of designing your itinerary and booking your reservations. We are extremely flexible and understand that this process can go through many changes along the way. Our commitment to you is to be patient, communicative and listen, offering advice where necessary.
You can then sit back and relax while we make sure that all of the necessary arrangements for your stay have been made prior to your arrival!
No matter which of our packages you have booked, around 4 weeks prior to your stay with us you will receive your welcome email, packed full of helpful information about your vacation and your online preference form.
The preference form is your opportunity to tell us about any dietary requirements you have, food and drinks requests, if you have any special occasions to celebrate during your stay, which spa treatments you would like, any medical conditions we should be aware of and any other information you would like to provide us with.
All online forms will be sent via Google Forms, which require you to complete all questions as you proceed and prior to submission you will be unable to save your answers. Should you rather prefer to see the questions first you may request them from us and we will send them to you via email.
